Scope
These terms apply to all orders, offers, and services of Mooki Studio, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Scope of Services
The exact scope of services is defined in the respective offer or contract. Changes require the written consent of both parties.
Copyright
All created drafts, illustrations, and concepts remain the property of Mooki Studio until full payment is received. Usage rights are transferred to the client only after the invoice has been settled.
Liability
Mooki Studio is only liable for damages caused by gross negligence or intent. Liability for indirect damages or lost profits is excluded.
Termination
Both parties may terminate the contract at any time with two weeks' notice. Services already rendered will be compensated proportionally.
Changes
These terms may be changed at any time. Clients will be informed of material changes by email. Continued use implies acceptance of the new terms.
